- Onsite: A support technician will contact you to setup a date and time for service.
- Depot: A Boss representative will contact you with an RMA number.
- Please REMOVE THE DEVELOPER, TONER WASTE BOTTLE, AND OPC BEFORE SHIPPING THE PRINTER, otherwise a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged. Please view these images of a printer that arrived with its consumables.
- To protect the printer during shipping, the original shipping box and inserts must be used. If you do not have these materials, they will shipped to you free of charge (UPS Ground). Boss Systems is not responsible for any damages during shipment.
- Please include the RMA number with the printer.
